Tracey and Suffolk Maids ‘saved the day’ when my 80yr old mum had a fall and was injured. Having a cleaner just once a week gave my mum the necessary confidence and peace of mind that the essentials would get done. And they’ve been done professionally from the start. If your regular cleaner is on holiday or unwell, Tracey organises a replacement, which is so helpful. I pondered about getting a cleaner, but it’s the best thing that I did. Over the years we have had some really good cleaners. It has always been handy to have central office manage everything e.g. if a cleaner can’t make it then we can get cover or if a cleaner is changing jobs then I don’t need to worry about finding a replacement. The service is excellent, our current cleaner, Julie is great, arrives at a good time, polite but cracks on and goes above and beyond if she notices something extra which needs doing. Really happy with the service.
