We very much appreciate the service we receive from our lovely Maggie. She turns up on a Friday and is always full of smiles and we catch up with our week. We originally took her on when I broke my arm and after I was healed we decided we loved having her, so we continued to have her clean for us. She keeps us clean and tidy and my husband says he now has two women nagging him! She is an excellent worker.

Tracey and Suffolk Maids ‘saved the day’ when my 80yr old mum had a fall and was injured. Having a cleaner just once a week gave my mum the necessary confidence and peace of mind that the essentials would get done. And they’ve been done professionally from the start. Mum is much better now, but has continued with her regular cleaner because she is so happy with the service provided.

I would highly recommend Suffolk Maids. The set-up was easy, and the cleaners are reliable, and do a thorough job. If your regular cleaner is on holiday or unwell, Tracey organises a replacement, which is so helpful. I pondered about getting a cleaner, but it’s the best thing that I did. Definitely go for Suffolk Maids, and take some of the stress out of your life!

She made getting set up very easy and got back to me quickly with a housekeeper that was available. Over the years we have had some really good cleaners. It has always been handy to have central office manage everything e.g. if a cleaner can’t make it then we can get cover or if a cleaner is changing jobs then I don’t need to worry about finding a replacement. The service is excellent, our current cleaner, Julie is great, arrives at a good time, polite but cracks on and goes above and beyond if she notices something extra which needs doing. Really happy with the service.
