Tracey and Suffolk Maids ‘saved the day’ when my 80yr old mum had a fall and was injured. Over the years we have had some really good cleaners. It has always been handy to have central office manage everything e.g. if a cleaner can’t make it then we can get cover or if a cleaner is changing jobs then I don’t need to worry about finding a replacement. The service is excellent, our current cleaner, Julie is great, arrives at a good time, polite but cracks on and goes above and beyond if she notices something extra which needs doing.
